Today I had a normal school day, going to all classes as usual, etc. But remember that US History Test I did in which I knew almost nothing about Jackson and its Presidency??? I got 13 out of 22, pretty good for not knowing anything about this guy. Another surprise was that I did better than Kate (my Host), in that moment I almost felt like an American student jajaja.
After school, when we were about to play a rematch against Marist but against its best team we found out we had to go to a "Dia de los Muertos" remembrance in which we had to make "ofrendas" for any deceased in our memory. Never done it before so it was nice to know what other Latin countries did in some occasions but if that was because they thought we always did that, I can understand that every country below USA speaks Spanish but I can't understand why all of us should have the same customs, climate, way of living, etc. That really annoys me.
Then we played the match, in which we won again by 1 goal. This time we played in a bigger field and with bigger goals (not proportional for the size of the field because we played in half a field but same size of goals so you would imagine jaja)
To end, I had Halloween, by the way, not even crazy I would get in a costume so I just stayed home, watched horror movies and gave candies to the children jaja ( I really seem like an old man, don't I???jajajaja).
