Saturday: Navy Pier, Michigan Av. & Boat Ride

First Weekend Day!!!! Today we went to Downtown with our hosts. First we went to the Pier, pretty interesting place jaja, it was fun we walked all the pier and then we went to the "flying chairs" (Don't remember how it is called in English so this is a Spanglish) and then to the "Wheel" ( "La rueda esa, la de la vuelta al mundo" just to make it clear). It was a great moment and we laughed a lot with the characters that were there for Halloween.
Then, the teachers gave us an hour to know Michigan Av. and do some Shopping ( I went to GAP and bought 3 T-Shirts quickly because I took as a while to get there jaja). There I took a great picture with Marilyn Monroe's statue as everybody did and then, at 6:00 we got in a boat to see Chicago by the River and then get a panoramic view of it from Michigan Lake. It was a nice ride until the sun went down, as the temperature, and we got in the Lake (outside the city) because it was freezing cold and very windy and as we were in the outside of the boat we freeeeeeezed there. Even though, we had a good time and saw how incredible city Chicago is.
In the end, it was a very good day in which I got to know a lot better all the hosts and had a great time with them. Now I'll upload some pictures of the day.
